30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Celinva order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Memory foam takes a few days to settle to your shape, so we recommend using the cushion for at least a week of normal sitting before making a final decision.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — where you've been using it helps us advise first.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Return Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, items must be in good condition, with the cover clean and free from stains, damage or odours. The foam core must be undamaged and free from liquid damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, the foam is misshapen on arrival, or you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Bundle Orders
If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid per cushion. If returning items means the order no longer qualifies for its bundle tier, pricing is recalculated at the applicable tier.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items showing damage caused by misuse, liquid damage to the foam core, or machine washing of the foam.
